Understand and Answering Summit on Human Rights

Many who have attended our RZIM Summer Schools have been asking what RZIM Canada will be offering this coming summer. We are pleased to announce the Understanding and Answering Summit on Human Rights July 12*-15, 2017 at CMU (Canadian Mennonite University) in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Join RZIM speakers Abdu Murray, Andy Bannister, Alycia Wood, Logan Gates, Anna Robins and others as they address issues like:
– Can We Have Justice Without God?
– Sexuality and Gender: Who’s Right Is It, Anyway?
– Making Sense of Tolerance, Freedom of Expression and Inclusivity
– Is God Sexist?
– Humans Who Righted the Ship
– And more …

As part of the Summit experience, we are including a tour of the Human Rights Museum followed by a dialogue held in the Museum’s Beuhler Hall. Dr. Andy Bannister, adjunct apologist with RZIM and Dr. Christopher DiCarlo, Canadian Humanist Association award winner, will discuss the topic:

Human Rights: By Design or By Default?

Registration for the Understanding and Answering Summit includes meals and admission to the Museum of Human Rights.  This conference will be thought-provoking, engaging and will enhance understanding, equipping attendees to answer the important human rights questions of our day.

*July 12th includes an optional reception and early check-in.
